OMG I'M SO PISSED OFF

So I've been calling property agents cuz my parents are thinking of moving. Called this asshole from my home number, which is private.

This guy finally picks up, and after I introduced myself, he goes 'if you want to call me call me from a phone with a number, otherwise I'll not talk to you' AND HE HANGS UP ON ME!

And then I call him again on my mobile and I'ms like 'DID YOU JUST HANG UP ON ME BECAUSE I CALLED FROM A PRIVATE LINE?'

AND HE HANGS UP ON ME AGAIIIINNN!!!!!!!!!!!

WTFFFFFFFFF??????????????????

So I couldn't tahan, I smsed him " you should brush up on your sales skills cuz you are very rude. They teach that in most elementary schools' He's not replied, although I hope he calls back because I want to give him a scolding. Maybe he's checking up on the word elementary before he replies.

I didn't get his name. But his number is 9129-0183. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHICH CO. HE WORKS FOR??????

hurhur, passerby here.

agents do that to check if you are another agent. they have a system to check the numbers of other agents, or so my bf's mum tells me. apparently, the market is good now, and they don't want to co-broke. if you have an agent friend, you can get him/her to key in the mobile of said rude bastard, and identify him. hope that helps. =)

popped by to read this... i thought the guy was funny. sick kinda of funny. he is probably suffering from paranoia. the anonymous kind. which is why he freaked out on private number. but for a sales guy to react this way, its just disgusting.

yunno, it isn't surprisingly. i was doing property previously (only for a brief period) and i get that all the time. these agents seem to be always in a rush and yeah, they have NO phone ettiquette or whatsoever.
